HOW TO KEEP YOUR BODY AND SKIN HYDRATED DURING THE RAMADAN?
Dr. Dalia Ali Ibrahim @mawiclinic recommendations:
Important to drink plenty of water especially during Suhoor and Iftar. Aim for at least 8 glasses to rebalance dryness in the body.
Start with fresh fruits and vegetables, choose products containing potassium either calcium to stimulate circulation, drainage and detox the body from toxsins accumulated by the skin.
Limit Dehydrators, minimize caffeine and sugary drinks as they can contribute to dehydration.
Don't neglect your skin! Moisturise regularly, use hydrating skincare such a serums, creams, masks and professional treatments.
During Ramadan I suggest ozone therapy. It is the best technology to promote deep hydration and oxygenate the body on the cellular level. The treatment helps to stimulate drainage and clean your body maintaining healthy lifestyle.
