These products and/or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. The prices include the value-added tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of products sold by Myskin 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Order of the products 

The use of the website, myskin services or products is at your own risk, and unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, you assume full responsibility and risk of loss resulting from your use of the website, services or products.

Buying products through Myskin website, you acknowledge and agree that Myskin carries no product liability and that full liability for the products rests with the manufacturer. The terms of the manufacturer’s product liability are found in the product’s package or in the notice that accompanies the products. All products should be used strictly in accordance with their instructions, precautions and guidelines. You should always check the ingredients for products to avoid potential allergic reactions.

By confirming your purchase at the end of the order process, you agree to accept and pay the full amount payable for the product(s) as set out in your order, including any delivery charges and or taxes applicable to that order.

 

Refund

The return policy includes either cancellation of the order within 24 hours timeframe started from the moment the order is placed or an exchange request.

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Please notify us by sending at hello@myskingcc.com attached invoice/order number along with photo of the item within 24 hours of the original delivery date mentioning the subject EXCHANGE and request to replace for the same one. You will receive an email approving your exchange within 24 hours and new item will be shipped directly to you the soonest and costs, if there any, will be covered by us.

If you cannot show proof of photographs within 24 hours of the original delivery date, we reserve the rights to not issue a replacement

We will not be able to replace or refund unwanted items or accept exchange request for opened or used products.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
