Refund policy

Quality of the products is our main priority hence the return policy includes either cancellation of the order within 24 hours timeframe started from the moment the order is placed or an exchange request within 24 hours of the original delivery date 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Please notify us by sending at hello@myskingcc.com attached invoice/order number along with photo of the item within 24 hours of the original delivery date mentioning the subject EXCHANGE and request to replace for the same one.

You will receive an email approving your exchange within 24 hours and new item will be shipped directly to you the soonest and shipping costs, will be covered by us. If you cannot show proof of photographs within 24 hours of the original delivery date, we reserve the rights to not issue a replacement

We will not be able to replace or refund unwanted items or accept exchange request for opened or used products.
