This is the right time of the year to start a course of Vitamin A, such as Retinol and incorporate it in your skincare routine.

Retinoids is beneficial in many ways such as speeding up a cellular turnover, stimulate collagen production, fight various signs of aging, and improve overall appearance. But besides it is defending and straitening your skin from environmental stressors and resist the harmful sun rays. A significant stressor is the intense UV light from the sun. The instance sun rays have negative impact on our skin, break down collagen and elastin while increasing the risks of hyperpigmentation and pronouncing skin aging. The closer to intense and heavy sun, especially for those just started using retinol, the skin will be more sensitive, less adaptive and the risk of burning will be increased.

To incorporate Retinol on summertime, the time of vacations and tanning is not recommended that may lead to sunburn and therefore inflammation. While Retinol might case irritation by itself, it is better not applied it on skin already irritated.

Speaking of retinoids are sensitive and breaks down in sunlight, that makes your skin more prone to sun damage. That is why its suggested to apply it in your evening routine following strong SPF protection in the daytime.

Recommended to compliment and include antioxidants. Antioxidants and Retinol work synergistically, meaning each makes the other work even better. Combining different ingredients in antioxidants such as Vit E, Vit C will enchase the visible results, will protect your skin, help to improve the appearance of healthy glowing skin, and maintain its youthful looking
